Mr. Chirayu Amin holds an M.B.A. from the United States and is the Chairman of Paushak Limited, a part of the Alembic Group, one of India’s oldest and most respected names in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. He is the former President of FICCI, former Vice President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), and former President of the Baroda Cricket Association (BCA). He also serves as a trustee for hospitals and schools under the Alembic Group. In addition, Mr. Amin is the Chairman and CEO of Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited and holds directorships on the boards of Alembic Limited, Shreno Limited, and Nirayu Private Limited.
Mr. U.C. Amin studied Economics with a specialization in International Trade at the University of Michigan, U.S.A. He began his career in the regulatory department at Ivax, U.K., where he supported management in formulating filing strategies across various European countries. With over a decade of experience, he previously served as a Whole-time Director of the erstwhile Paushak Limited, playing a key role in its turnaround prior to its merger with the company. Mr. Amin currently holds directorships in Alembic Limited and Shreno Limited and is a designated partner at Viramya Packlight LLP.
Mrs. Roopa Patel, a Science graduate (B.Sc.), is the Chairperson Emeritus of Les Elfes International Camps and a former Chairperson of FICCI FLO Ahmedabad. She currently serves on several influential bodies, including the FICCI FLO National Governing Body, the SCWEC India National Committee, the India-Israel Women’s Business Forum, the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), and the ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council Women’s Empowerment Committee. A strategist with the Creative Dignity Movement, Mrs. Patel also holds directorships at Parikamma Investments Private Limited, Reach One Technologies Private Limited, and Voltamp Transformers Limited.
Dr. Tushar Shah holds an M.S. in Orthopaedics and is a highly regarded orthopaedic surgeon with over two decades of surgical experience, specializing in the management of polytrauma and complex fractures. He is affiliated with a leading tertiary care centre in Gujarat and also operates his own nursing home. Dr. Shah is a fellow member of several international organizations, including the Indo-German Orthopaedic Foundation and the Sports Medicine Fellowship, both based in Germany. He also serves as a Director at Accord Synergy Limited.
Mr. Tanuj Patel holds a B.S. degree from the United States and was the promoter of ABC Bearings Ltd., a pioneer in the bearing industry, where he served as Executive Director. With deep expertise across leadership, manufacturing, and key areas of business operations, he brings decades of experience to the table. Mr. Patel currently holds directorships in Dinesh Remedies Limited, TCL Ceramics Limited, Arta Broch Ceramics Private Limited, Saturn Holdings & Properties Private Limited, and Manoway Investments Private Limited.
Mr. Jain Parkash has done Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering with Honours from Thapar University, Patiala, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development, National Institute of Human Resources Development and Diploma in Management from IGNOU. He has over 30 Years of rich experience in Specialty Chemicals, Agro-Chemicals & Pharma API/ intermediates. He had been associated with Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Limited and Tagros Chemicals India Private Limited. Mr. Jain Parkash is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Alembic Limited.
